About Lorena Pozzi

I have a solid and wide experience as Program and Program Manager (PMI® and ITIL®V3) in international IT (Information Technology) infrastructure. I managed large projects for several customers mainly in the following sectors: banking, industrial, and communication. Lately I have lead security projects, acquiring knowledge about the management of privileged users, the protection and control of the network, management of security assessments. Use of Project Management methodologies, solid technical knowledge and team spirit are the tools used to complete successful projects. I worked hard to manage stakeholder expectations during the project life cycle, addressing issues and delivering goals with highest quality standard. I have strong team management capabilities and I believe in the person's growth. I covered also the roles of mentor and coach in my organization. Strong leadership, effectiveness in problem solving and curiosity are my personality traits.
