I am a manager in the Deloitte Tax & Legal Team in Central Europe supporting clients on:*AI Agenda for Tax & Legal - identifying, prioritizing and building AI use cases. Building a business case and measuring ROI for AI using Deloitte methodology.* AI Governance & Compliance - program manager for the creation of a AI Governance framework or for ensuring compliance for complex AI applications (AI Act, GDPR & e-privacy, DSA/DMA, consumer protection, employment, etc.).* Legal Operate - cutting costs and improving service KPIs by using our Legal Operate services that embed AI.* Legal Transformation - advising General Counsels on the transformation of the Legal function (strategy, people & governance, operations, legal process design) and technology adoption (CLM selection & implementation, matter management, litigation management).
