About Lorena Shensky

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and multi-unit Home Instead franchise owner, serving the West Texas region. With a background rooted in nursing and hospice care, I saw firsthand the overwhelming gaps families face when trying to care for aging loved ones at home. That experience fueled my mission: to provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality in-home care that helps seniors maintain independence and dignity. As an administrator and entrepreneur, I lead two growing Home Instead locations in Midland and San Angelo, with plans to expand further. My work focuses on strategic growth, community partnerships, and empowering our care teams to deliver exceptional service. Whether it’s helping a veteran receive the care they’ve earned or supporting a family through a challenging health journey, I’m committed to making a lasting difference. I’m especially passionate about bridging clinical care with community-based solutions, and I’m always looking to connect with like-minded professionals in healthcare, senior services, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
