About Lorenz Guilbert

I am working in the food quality field since 2015. I first gained experience in "small to medium" companies. The quality departements where I worked were operated by two or three workers. Working in such small teams allowed me to learn a lot about quality management and to develop myself. During these experiences I performed a lot of audits. Those were internal audits (hygiene, operators good manufacturing process, washing efficiency, good application and exectuion of procedures, glassbook reviews, tracability test, HACCP reviews.) mainly on multiple plants, as well as supplier audits. I also managed other quality tasks such as: complaints management, datas monitoring, diverse inspections, other departements support, deviations and out of standards investigations, documentation and records reviews, suppliers compliance management. Since March 2020, I work for a big FMCG company. This position allows me to meet new ways of working and others management styles. I am used to work with high standards such as BRC or IFS regulations as well as EU regulations. These experiences helped me increase my analytical skills, my work coordination and communication, but also my project management skills. I pay extra attention to details. Customers safety and satisfaction are my priorities. I always aim to perfection and have high expectations.
