I am currently working as a Process Analyst at the Takeda Manufacturing Plant in Rieti, involved in the production of plasma-derived therapies within the PDT Opu network. In my role, I contribute to the daily management of the crude fractionation department, working closely with production, process engineering, manufacturing science, automation, and quality departments. My goal is to ensure GxP-compliant execution and coordination of manufacturing and department-related activities (SAT, CV, IOQ, PPQ, pre-audit GEMBA, ER, 5S). Key daily activities include-Statistical Process Control (SPC) for manufacturing deviations investigations, continuous improvement (CI), and takt time optimization -CAPA identification and management -Training production personnel on new equipments best practices and compliance -Collaborating with the MES team on the implementation of PAS-X -Participating in digitalization projects and business intelligence (BI) reporting -Managing change requests, technical documentation and SOPs My expertise focuses on improving manufacturing operations, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality standards, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational efficiency.
