About Lorenzo Drago
I am a motivated and enthusiastic strength and conditioning coach. I have played football since I was a child and at the age of 18 decided to improve my health by practicing swimming and fitness training. Weight training sessions developed my mind and my body. I am still fascinated at how many benefits we can receive from this type of training. I completed my BSc degree in Sports Science in 2019 from the University of Milan (Italy) followed by a Master's degree in Football Strength and Conditioning for the youth sector at the Catholic University of Milan (Italy) and a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University (UK). Previously I have worked with Ponte San Pietro (amateur), Sassuolo (professional), and Atalanta (professional) and Loughborough Lightning Women Football Club.I actually work as a personal trainer at Le Palme Fitness Club and as S&C Coach at F.C. internazionale Milano.
