About Lorenzo Righetti

With over two decades of experience in the Off-Highway, automotive, and industrial sectors, I bring a proven track record of driving strategic growth, leading international teams, and delivering operational excellence across global markets. Currently serving as General Manager for Dana Off-Highway in Japan, I am responsible for full P&L ownership, business development, and organizational leadership. I have successfully aligned local operations with global strategies, fostered cross-functional collaboration, and implemented cost-efficiency initiatives while ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. As Director of the Global Construction Segment, I’m leading a diverse team of 16 professionals, developing and executing long-range plans that consistently deliver double-digit growth. My ability to build high-performing teams, coach emerging leaders, and cultivate strong customer relationships has been instrumental in expanding market share and enhancing profitability. My academic background in Physics (M.Sc.) and early career in R&D have equipped me with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technology-driven innovation. I am fluent in English and French, and I thrive in multicultural environments where adaptability, strategic thinking, and leadership are key to success.
