About Lorenzo Simoni
I am currently Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Department of Economics and Management at University of Florence, where I teach financial accounting. My reserach interests focus on financial and non-financial reporting, including business model disclosure, intellectual capital, performance measurement, key performance indicator disclosure, risk reporting, earnings quality, accounting choices, and goodwill accounting. I have had teaching experiences at the Bachelor and Master level at University of Florence, University of Genoa, and Aarhus University. I earned a PhD in Business Administration and Management at University of Pisa. I hold a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Florence.
