About Lorenzo Wouter

A 21st-century athlete is a unique personality dedicated to becoming successful on many levels” I am the founder and CEO of More Than Goals: a management company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With MTG I guide exceptional talents on the path from street to stadium. My aim is to motivate emerging pro-athletes to broaden their scope, strengthen their moral virtues, and overall, envision who they can ultimately become in the future. After completing an active international career in football, I started guiding young pro’s towards a sustainable career in sports and sports marketing - which to me implies more than just being successful on the pitch. Having been a professional football player from a very young age myself, I’ve learned things the hard way and I’m now motivated to have the circumstances change to be better for the next generations of exceptionally talented athletes who are at the doorstep of a potentially life-changing career in their game. The expertise and management skills of all MTG-team members are founded on their lifelong and first-hand experiences in the pro-athlete and sports marketing business. MTG seeks to become a game-changer in this field by maximizing brand value and developing genuine leadership - preparing young athletes to make a good match with leading brands and NGOs. We aim to further shape the skills and the unique identities of the young and promising players under our wing.
