About Loreto Thiele

UX Designer with experience in multiplatform digital products based in research, development and implementation. I´ve have solid knowledge in both IT Processes and Research, which has allowed me to work on projects at different scales, collaborating and facilitating communication between teams, customers and users. So I've been researching and co-creating with them, in order to keep good practices, with Agile methodologies and continuous learning. I've participated mainly in thos areas: financial, health, construction, education, e-commerce, government, among others. I've specialized in UX Research, Information Architecture and Strategies addressing each project with methodologies and processes that allow defining the problem, possible solutions and strategies for subsequent implementation. My goal has been to realize proposals based on field research, testing and activities with users, Ideation processes, wireframing, prototyping, flow and interaction design, interface design, interactive prototype testing, QA and continuous improvement. I also explored the world of teaching —with good results— doing training in companies and postgraduate classes at Finis Terrae University, Duoc Educación Continua, and UC Educación Continua. Additional skills: self-managed, entrepreneurial, collaborative, active participation in talks about innovation, new methodologies and entrepreneurship, effective communication and technological platforms.
