About Loretta Biggers

I have 20 Years of Customer Service experience in my present position. I started with this organization in 2004 as a customer service agent. I was I started with Citicards in 2004 as a customer service agent. I was then internally promoted to an Escalation position in 2006 and an Interim Analyst in 2023. Most of the time has been in forward forward-facing role as a direct point of contact for customers. Which included handling escalated complaints in addition to on the spot coaching of agents. I am very familiar with Microsoft Office, Team, and Excel. Multitasking skills are critical in both my current and prior roles. High attention to detail excellent typing skills and organization skills were required. I was also part of the project team investigating payment allocation plans. We reviewed these for accuracy and in some cases agent training. I was on this project for a year. During that time I did identify an issue within our system that did require correction. Including 12 years of retail sales experience of which 6 years that was in s a management role. This included driving sales for the retail base environment both as a sales person and a store manager. My experience with electrical is limited to my knowledge of remodeling my own home.
