Loretta Eze serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at Bay Holdings. Owners of Bay Finance Limited and KayVee Microfinance Bank. Her job description includes project/ contract financing, helping MSMEs identify their insurance needs, propose easy payment options and implement swift claims processingPrior to her current employment, she was a major team player of Sales & Clients’ Services Group1; the major Sales team handling management accounts for the Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, one of Nigeria's leading Insurance & financial services provider. Much earlier, she was the Branch Manager of its Trade Fair Agency office at the popular Trade fair Market in Lagos for 5 years, a branch she pioneered in 2015 and grew from its agency level to its qualification as a branch. Loretta also worked at Scib Nigeria & Company as well as Great Nigeria Insurance Company, both as a branch representative in Kaduna State.She studied Digital Marketing & Business Transformation at the Rome Business School and obtained her B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Managerial Leadership in Sales & Marketing: November 2023 Program) She is a chartered member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN, 2013). Loretta Eze is passionate about Insurance Education for students in Upper Secondary Schools. To this end, she has authored textbooks for Senior Secondary schools 1 & 2 and they were approved by the Lagos State Government in 2021. A project; the Catch-them-young Initiative was founded in this process. The Catch-them-young Initiative is a mentoring project that caters to teenagers in upper secondary schools.
