About Loretta Kluesner

I have worked in Veterinary Medicine since I started at day practice and eventually moved into Emergency and Critical Care. ECC is where I belong. I enjoy the fast pace that comes with ECC and the vast amount of knowledge I am exposed to. It forces deep bonds with coworkers, that have turned into friendships I will have forever. I accept the challenges that come along with Veterinary Medicine and work to do my part. Medicine and patient care are not my only areas of interest. I am interested in the human component of Veterinary Medicine, and protecting them as well as the patient. Human Resources and Psychology have long been an area of interest for me. I am currently pursuing a bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Recourses. My plan is to work closely with support staff and management teams creating an environment that benefits both the staff and the business. I believe that ethical and compassionate care of employees, leads to the same in patient care.
