My current position is Lead Operator SWAT (Special Works). I developed and organized the PSSR program (Pre Start-up Safety Review), Completions New Wellhead Handovers to Production/Construction, write Production SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure) as needed and train new operators for Assuring Competency. I wrote, edit and add the production side field SOP's, conduct field PSSR's (Pre Safety Start-up Review) of all new or revisited field equipment and train new lease operators. In addition I provide lease coverage when and where needed as well as fill in for field Leads when and where needed. I have been a lease operator,"pumper", since 1991. I don't know everything but I learn fast. I'm loyal and a hard worker and I won't ask anyone to do anything that I wouldn't do myself. I have welltech experience as well. I have certification in: H2S Hazwopper level 3 Medical First Aid CPR, adult and infant Driving, pulling and backing, as well as guiding. High speed wreck evasion training. Permit Writer Foundational Leadership Capabilities Field Supervisor EH & S Orientation. Emergency Response adding: Site Supervisor Orientation & Risk Assessment.
