With over 23 years of experience in the CVIT industry, I am a passionate and driven Manager at Post Office Ltd, the UK's largest retail network and a major logistics operator. I have a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage and a Level 2 Award in Team Leading from the Institute of Leadership and Management, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in managing transport operations, fleets, and contracts, as well as leading and motivating teams. My mission is to ensure that Post Office delivers high-quality services to its customers, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with its employees and unions. I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I strive to bring these values to my work every day. As an Union Representative, I am responsible for managing the delivery of the industrial relations strategy and plan across Post Office. I work closely with senior managers, HR, and legal teams to provide advice, guidance, and support on all aspects of employee relations, including collective bargaining, disputes, grievances, disciplinary, and performance issues. I also lead and coordinate the consultation and negotiation processes with the business, ensuring that the outcomes are aligned with the business objectives and the employee interests. I leverage my skills in performance management, operations management, and management to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and resolution of complex and sensitive industrial relations matters.
