I have over 19 years of experience in the education field, with a focus on student data management and compliance. I am currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Houston-Victoria, where I aim to enhance my skills and knowledge in integrating technology into the learning environment. I have successfully operated and managed various student data management systems, such as Blackbaud, Skyward, and ISAMS, ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of student records. I have also worked closely with the college counseling team, the administration team, and the department heads to provide them with relevant and timely student data reports and analysis. Additionally, I have trained and assisted the faculty and staff in using the data management system effectively. I am passionate about learning new technologies and platforms, and I enjoy facing challenges that motivate me to improve myself and my career.
