In my former roles as Quality Assurance Auditor, I’ve enhanced the internal and external auditing team processes, the readiness and response audit team. Facilitated client audits and regulatory inspections while effectively performing pre and post audit inspections and other related activities for both manufacturing and pharmaceutical manufacturing and implemented multiple continuous improvement projects.Additionally, I’ve played a significant role in documentation creation, revision review, issuance and control, using electronic documentation systems (Trackwise, Veeva, Doc Compliance). Experience creating training materials, SOP's, work instructions and forms to remain consistent with CGDP - Data Integrity - ALCOA+ and CGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality.Experience with manufacturing and training department, identifying training gaps and assisted in addressing and resolving training issues as well as performing training for the Training Department as needed.Conducted New Hire Orientation and Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Training.In these positions.I have demonstrated the ability to lead, motivate, train personnel, and resolve a variety of issues and complaints. I have become accustomed to prioritizing workflows and multitasking priorities change and interdepartmental planning and communication.I have extensive experience through ISO QMS9001, ISO EMS14001 and Lean Six Sigma with certifications and programs.
