About Lori Arsenault

I'm the Founder & Chief Grounding Officer (CGO) of Freedom Within Wellness, a global wellness training & coaching services company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Freedom Within Co. Ltd. offers TRE® certification trainings, and markets. We endeavor to train and certify new TRE® Providers. We teach people to ground, increase self-awareness, and nervous system regulation thru TRE® (David Berceli Copyright). One of our primary offerings is developing TRE® or Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises® training programs in Thailand. We have Trainees dispersed around the world and are assisting in spreading the practice around the globe in an effort to guide humanity inward to experience and live out their truest potential. Founded by Dr. David Berceli, TRE® or Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises® is a revolutionary practice that safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases deep muscular tension & calms down the nervous system. TRE® is currently being taught in at least 67 countries around the world and is helping millions restore a sense of safety within themselves. I'm from Prince Edward Island Canada and have been living in Thailand since 2010. Prior to my Coaching & Training, and TRE® work, I worked 20 years in Human Resources Canada. I am known for my natural, and authentic grounded presence, and my ability to connect with, and engage my trainees and clients in guiding them inward to realise and live out their truest potential. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where deep life-changing openings and experiences can occur. Each year, we train and build numerous strong TRE® Certification Trainees internationally; and coach several Certified TRE® Providers to build TRE® communities in their respective communities.
