With over 13 years of experience as a systems-oriented designer, writer, editor, and creative freelancer, I bring a unique, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy, blending analytical clinical skills with creativity. My quantitative and arts-heavy background has shaped me into a strategic clinician, passionate about reducing health disparities and envisioning mental health as central to an integrated model of healthcare.
