About Lori Boulware

With over 4 years of work experience in executive support and administration, I am currently the Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer at M&T Bank, one of the largest regional banks in the US. I provide full-spectrum executive administrative support to the CLO and the legal team, managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, contracts, and correspondence. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations and communications. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Human Resource Management, and I have obtained multiple certifications, including the Management Development Certificate from Princeton University and the Empathy for Customer Service Professionals from LinkedIn. I have also received the Princeton University Services Individual Foundation Award for my outstanding performance and contribution as an Interim Administrative Office Coordinator at Princeton University, where I worked for over a year before joining M&T Bank. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating positive experiences for internal and external clients, as well as supporting the mission and vision of the organization. I have developed diverse skills and competencies in team collaboration, employee benefits, office administration, and customer service, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
