My education and work experience over the past several years have enhanced my skills in many areas. I am seeking an opportunity where I can utilize my technical skills, prior experience and educational background. I graduated in May 2006 from Notre Dame of MD University with a Master's Degree in Management and a specialization in Human Resources. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Coppin State University. I offer excellent oral and written communication skills. I am an effective organizer and planner who is very conscientious and detail-oriented. I deliver quality and professionalism in every project or challenge. I am skilled at working with technical and business teams to provide information and solutions to potential and existing issues. I have directed projects and individuals, and I'm familiar with supervising managerial functions. I am a dedicated entrepreneur with a proven ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. I have a highly creative thinking capacity and moderate technical abilities. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with patrons, clientele and staff members at all levels. I am a freelance photographer. My love for photography stems from the incredible feeling of capturing unforgettable moments. I take pride in connecting with people in a genuine caring way, allowing them to feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. I shoot across multiple photography genres including children's portraits, lifestyle, nature and sports photography. I have worked with many rec, youth and high school football teams over the past 12 years and specialize in youth and high school outdoor football. I take tremendous pride in providing high quality images. Always smiling and hoping I can bring a smile to the faces of everyone I meet. I am proficient using computers and my technical aptitude allows me to learn new software fast. I am quick to adapt to new technologies as required. I have experience with several computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
