I have extensive experience in total absence management, including workers' compensation case management, short term disability case management, and management of FMLA. I have worked diligently with clients to establish and maintain absence management programs to decrease OSHA recordability, streamline medical leave of absence for personal illnesses, and establish return to work programs to assure a safe and success return to work.
