About Lori Canter

My expertise includes working with families who are caring for aging parents from a distance by linking clients to home-based services, advocating based on needs, connecting seniors to community resources, and being a local family representative. I am the eyes and ears for families and serve as a “daughter/friend” on demand. I provide guidance as well as feedback for loved ones, which brings comfort to my families. My background as a Nationally Certified Care Manager spans over 25 years in client advocacy including diverse experience in Social Service Advocacy Initiatives, Care Management, Client Service Delivery, and Administrative Leadership. My goal as a Care Manager is to work with you to create a personal plan of care. As a liaison, I can assist with any life transitions and assure that care is consistent.
