Experienced Marketing and Education Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Sales, Management, Marketing Strategy, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Telecommunications. Qualified professional with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati. I have a passion for student athletes and I currently recruit for seven sport's teams all across the region. My qualifications and achievements include but are not limited to: • Visit with students virtually and in person. • Created a 400% growth when I extended my territory into Northern Kentucky. • Develop strong relationships with coaches and local high school counselors. • Prepare student-athletes for personal, academic, and professional success. • Serve as USCAA registrar for Clermont Campus. • Use social media to scout student athletes. • Lead Athletic Information Sessions for prospective student athletes and their natural supports. • Under direction of Athletic Director, I provide direct administrative support for coaches and the athletic programs. • Manage the campus community “student athlete” data in Catalyst. • Serve as ambassador of the program and promote our successes. • Follow all university, departmental, conference, and USCAA policies and regulations. • Developed new pipelines and procedures to reach prospective students outside of our Ohio market. • Capitalize on opportunities to enhance school diversity. • Work with local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities. • Support the new marketing campaign entitled “Begin Here” for our associate degree and transition programs offered at the Uptown Campus. • Appreciate the multifaceted marketing campaigns and initiatives to accelerate enrollment through various media platforms such as social media, direct mail, in-person communication, print marketing and the use of billboards.
