About Lori Cesa

A decade-long commitment to the Cleveland Clinic, starting as a Patient Service Specialist in 2012 and advancing to Program Manager II. An active GOAL member, I eagerly embrace challenging assignments. My adaptable skill set includes technology integration, data analysis, process enhancement, intermediate Excel proficiency, event coordination, project management, relationship cultivation, and effective communication. I currently serve as the Program Manager at the Neurological Institute Education Office, overseeing the Adult Neurology Residency programs. My role entails ensuring accreditation compliance, meeting critical deadlines, and guiding residents toward graduation. I'm passionate about driving program growth, optimizing operations, and managing events. Previously, I managed educational programs within Graduate Medical Education, including the CCAD Physician Internship Program and PDCP. I led essential initiatives and honed my technical expertise. My professional interests revolve around public health, population health, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and professional development. Beyond my career, I'm a dedicated mother of two, while pursuing a Master of Public Health at Baldwin Wallace University with an expected Spring 2025 graduation date. In addition to being an active GOAL member, I've served as a LinkedIn Learning Liaison and Advisory Board Member for Ashland University's Women in Leadership Program.
