About Lori Ciculya

Experienced leader with a proven track record for leading transformational programs in complex environments. Extensive experience in Business Operations, Program & Project Management, Business Planning Systems and Risk Mitigation/Management.I have served a number of other roles since she joined Verizon in 2003 including transforming the Sourcing Business Operations team in support of standing up a new Center of Excellence (COE) in Dublin Ireland as well as Chennai India. My former team was also responsible for the Sourcing intern program and overall Training and onboarding to ensure Functional Excellence. Prior to Business Operations and Lean Six Sigma, and I lead a team that was responsible for negotiations of network contracts in support of e911 services, Voice Mail products and services, Roaming and Location Based Services, and other Network related services.Prior to joining Verizon, I was in Corporate Procurement at Telcordia Technologies (fBellcore) with a concentration on General & Administrative (G&A) related contracts in support of Professional Services, Promotional Items, and Marketing related Activities. Outside of Verizon, I am actively involved with the NJ Institute of Supply Management. I hold a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) through ISM with Lifetime Status achievement, and received my Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. I am dedicated to inspiring others to excel in their roles through ongoing career planning and progression with a proven track record of building, training and developing high performing teams.I received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management from Centenary University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I attended Rutgers Business School to obtain a Mini-MBA: Supply Chain in a Digitized Network and I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree from Rutgers with the focus on Supply Chain Management
