About Lori Delbridge

Recently I joined CareTaker Medical as their Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this capacity, I work closely with the customer-facing sales team and executive staff to deliver our state-of-the-art mobile medical technology worldwide. I also work as a ticket sales associate at the University of Virginia. It is an adventure working through the various strategies for optimal attendance at different athletic events from a growing football program to a nationally ranked, conference champion basketball team. Working with fans on a day to day basis is such a pleasure and makes every workday exciting. In this capacity, I am proud to have: • proposed a performance improvement initiative which improves and brands communications to customers while allowing every ticket associate to increase the number of contacts they make each day • independently developed and achieved my own set of daily performance goals • maintained sales and other performance activities as defined by management at 20% or greater than the standards established for the position Prior to my decision to change career paths, it was a thrill to lead the delivery of innovative operational solutions within medical practices, healthcare clinics, and health systems across Virginia. I have a passion for inspiring clinicians and administrators to outperform client expectations, and I enjoyed discovering new tools and technologies to support the empowerment of my staff. My expertise in healthcare operations extends beyond administrative oversight, as health IT, social media marketing, and staff development are specialties of mine.
