As Executive Director of Online Learning at Gulf Coast State College’s Center for Learning & Innovation, I lead initiatives that advance digital education through research-based design, quality assurance, and technology integration. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, spanning administration, instructional design, and teaching, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how strategy, pedagogy, and technology intersect to support student success. My current work focuses on integrating AI into course design, leading faculty development grounded in Quality Matters standards, and maintaining rigorous, data-driven quality assurance for online learning. I hold an Ed.D. in Learning Design & Performance Technology from Florida State University. My approach connects theory and practice to create accessible learning environments where technology strengthens meaningful pedagogy.
