About Lori Flickinger

Lori Flickinger is a Director of Compliance for the Bank. She has managed Business Advisory services and Program Office teams. Areas of expertise include Third Party Risk Management, Reg W and Affiliate Management, Monitoring, Change Management, Policy Governance, and Training. She also has the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification from the American Bankers Association, demonstrating her expertise in consumer protection Banking laws and rules. Additionally she is a privacy expert through her cybersecurity roles. Her passion is setting the Business up for success by ensuring the appropriate identification, measurement, mitigation, and reporting of risk is achieved. Prior to joining USAA, Lori was a Senior Manager for Treliant Risk Advisors. Her experience in consulting honed executive communication and project management skills. Lori works seamlessly across multiple levels in the organization and has the ability to roll up her sleeves to contribute to deliverables and outcomes as well as think strategically to define long term roadmaps for complex problems. Lori holds a BSBA from Bowling Green State University. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
