My entire legal career has centered on retail and consumer creditor rights. After almost 25 years as a solo practitioner I was honored to join the Markoff Law team. The team is very supportive of my roles in the Commercial Law League of America (as incoming Creditors Rights Chair), Michigan State Bar's Civil Procedure and Courts Committee (2021-2023 Chair), Michigan Creditors Bar Association (President 2017-2023), and Oakland County Bar Association (co-legislative liaison for Debtor Creditor Committee). I have gone to Lansing and Washington DC to speak with government leaders about creditors rights. Our "buggs" Popi and Khaleesi get to come to work.
