I spent over five years as an operations manager, overseeing three diverse markets – from Small Town Rural to Top 100 markets. My focus was on driving operational excellence. I visited stores to provide real-time feedback, resolved customer escalations, and conducted in-depth analyses to identify and rectify operational deficiencies. Each time, I helped propel these markets into the top 10 in key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to my operations management role, I also spent two years as a Territory Manager. This experience was invaluable in honing my relationship-building skills and leadership abilities. I learned how to lead and manage others through spheres of influence, cultivating and nurturing important relationships. Moreover, I became adept at driving new business initiatives and boosting sales performance. It was a dynamic journey that further enriched my skill set. But that's not all. I also served as an Executive Assistant, where I gained experience in project management, honed my time management skills, and became proficient in Microsoft Office. Data analysis became second nature, and I became adept at handling executive communications. These skills have proven invaluable and transferable to any career path I have taken.
