Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are close to my heart; especially those that strive to level the playing field for women. I'm passionate about People Services, and I put a lot of effort into fostering a place where all employees can feel safe to be their authentic selves and do amazing things for themselves as well as the company. I believe that when we create a safe space for people to grow, learn and thrive; we create great results not just for our hotels but for our owners, brands, and communities too.
