About Lori Howe

Working as a quality assurance professional in a service environment has been a great experience. My current role gives me the opportunity to train new teammates in our department. I find it rewarding to see them become independent in their role. Development and documentation of processes has been a main focus in my role. The result of this work can be seen in the consistency of service delivery to both internal and external customers. Continual improvements in these processes is key to adapting to changes in the work environment. There have been many changes in the recent years. One focus has been to increase our online presence and ability for the public to access services without presenting in person. Prior work experience includes a career as a pharmacy technician which culminated with a teaching position at a local private college. The experience of teaching adults has given me a great arsenal of transferable skills. Working with a multitude of different personalities and learning styles taught me to be an adaptable trainer.
