Lori Jolin, an award-winning interior designer, general contractor, entrepreneur, and speaker with a passion for transforming spaces and lives. With over 25 years in the design and construction industry, she built a thriving business, LoriJolinDesign, llc. specializing in high-end homes, renovations, and accessibility-focused design. Her work earned multiple local, regional, and national Contractor of the Year (COTY) awards through the NARI organization. 1977 Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1978-1982 Owner/Operator Razzmatazz Women's boutique, State st,1992-1997 Cherished Interiors, 1997 Window Designer Wisconsin Tourism office in Chicago for Grand Opening of Monona Terrace, Interior Designer Nonn's Flooring, operated LoriJolinDesign,llc. A lifelong adventurer and personal development enthusiast, she spent years on self-education, taking risks, and reinventing herself along the way. Lori has been an entrepreneur her whole life and built her career (and life) by believing in herself, embracing change, and taking bold action. Her journey was shaped by both choices and challenges. Each experience reinforced by a core belief: we are not victims of our circumstances, but the architects of our own lives. Now retired after years of professional success, Lori is deeply committed to giving back by helping others. She was involved in rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina and was deeply involved in multiple makeovers in Madison, Wisconsin with a national organization called “Design for a Difference”. Along with multiple other local designers, they pulled together millions of dollars of donated labor and materials to makeover multiple non-profit community centers over an eight-year period. This created a huge difference in each organization’s ability to raise awareness and in turn, hire more employees and help more people.
