About Lori Kesten

I've been selling Supply Chain Execution Systems for 20+ years with a focus on Warehouse(WMS), Labor (WLM). Just when I thought I pretty much knew it all and was going to ride out my career in the WMS space, Multi-Agent Orchestration comes along and I'm all in! Over the many years every time I left a warehouse tour I always thought of that I Love Lucy Show where Lucy and Ethel were working in a chocolate factory and could not keep up with the conveyer (google it, you'll laugh). Even with a great WMS and so many new options in automation equipment, it will never be a smooth and harmonious operation without a "conductor". Pro Tip - I know you're going to ask (I did), no; you should not buy an Orchestration solution from a WMS or Equipment provider. Why? You need to be adaptable, the Orchestration platform needs to work well across all solutions and you will not get that from the very competitive WMS/MHE solution providers in this space. Self serving, yes, but it's true.
