About Lori Kirk

I have 35 years’ experience in project management, analysis and support in an IT environment. For the last 1.5 years, I have worked as a contract Project Manager for a financial organization for both IT and business initiatives. I am responsible for establishing project frameworks within the SDLC and executing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, while adhering to high quality standards and meeting customer expectations. Prior to this, I worked seven years in healthcare technologies as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst. I am actively seeking an employer who values diversity in the skill-set of their team and embraces a collaborative culture. I enjoy Project Management roles in a service-oriented environments. I am a natural at servant leadership and value being part of the team. I excel at leading teams to self-organization and helping them grow and harness their maximum potential. I truly enjoy helping the team, as well as individual team members, to be successful. I have experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. I hope to find a position that leverages my strengths while providing opportunity for career development. Ideally, I would like a build on my healthcare project management skill set, but am ready and able to take on the challenges of any position/industry change as I have done over the entire length of my career.
