When it comes to selling a home, pricing and promotion are the two most important factors. They can put you on the path to a quicker sale. I help my listing customers price their homes effectively by analyzing local market trends, sale prices, and other data. I promote my clients' properties using all available channels, both online and off. I have the tools and knowledge to help you achieve your selling goals. I help my home-buying customers narrow down the market to find homes that best meet their needs. I then analyze recent sales in the area to make sure the asking price is reasonable. I work closely with my customers through every step of the buying process, from house hunting to closing day. I can help make your next purchase a smooth one. When I'm not helping my customers, you’ll find me walking my dog in Florida’s beautiful Marjorie Cross Greenway or hitting a tennis ball on the tennis courts. I am also a Guardian Ad Litem and advocate for the best interests of children whose parents are either unable or unavailable to provide care.
