About Lori Kyle

I submit this based on my vast professional client/customer service experience in retail, family and children’s services, behavioral support, high school education and long-term care, for a combined thirty-four years. I possess a great desire to succeed, which is a combination of a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative. As well, my pro-active and results-oriented approach allow me to confront every task with a high level of energy and a positive attitude, and in turn enables me to excel in demanding stressful situations. In conjunction with my experience, this approach has precipitated my ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, in which I implement sound judgment always focusing on customer service and satisfaction. I work well within a team environment and show initiative in picking up any additional tasks or assignments that are necessary to ensure a high level of customer service. My organizational skills and ability to prioritize are inherent in the proficiency I’ve demonstrated in meeting tight deadlines and balancing work, school, and volunteering. I consider the superior communication, coaching and interpersonal skills I’ve obtained to be my most enduring accomplishments. I employ those skills as I interact with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership. I have achieved the level of skill necessary to implement and deliver customer and client service delivery through complete awareness and understanding of an organizations’ policies, and procedures.
