I’m Lori Mage, a transformational leader, teacher, workshop facilitator, and coach with over twenty-five years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive. My diverse career journey spans from coaching college athletes to developing corporate leaders and executives. I’ve delivered hundreds of workshops on leadership, motivation, coaching others, productivity, and confidence. My academic background includes degrees in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University and Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Additionally, I am certified by the Coach Training Alliance (2008) and Heroic, where I am a Class I Certified Heroic Performance Coach (2019) and a Level II Certified Workshop Facilitator (2024). In 2020, I founded my own personal and professional development business to expand my reach and transform more lives. Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and dynamic workshops, my purpose is to inspire and support you to create and sustain the changes you want to make, do work you feel called to do, and build a life you absolutely love. Driven by Maslow’s belief that “what one can be, one must be,” I help individuals become who they are meant to be. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, Broadway shows, concerts, sporting events, and hiking and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I live with my partner, Jen, and our two furry companions, Bowen, a sweet Labradoodle, and Max, a feisty rescue cat.
