About Lori Melton

While serving in various leadership roles for Tayloe Drug Company, Inc, I managed plans, budgets, systems and compliance for the retail prescription drug-focused organization. This includes overseeing all types of functions including programs, finance, HR, vendors, processes, projects and claims submissions. With the ability to bring people together to get things done, I've managed high-performance teams to deliver better quality care to patients/customers. By applying advanced knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems, we were able to raise satisfaction levels. One of my greatest strengths is in solving problems and improving organizations. With strong decision-making skills, I have the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within changing environments. Also to maximize quality and value, I've driven the development or improved consistent processes to streamline overall operations. My track record also reveals a 20-year history of increasingly responsible roles, where I demonstrated a strong understanding of business, pharmaceuticals and insurance. With additional experience in counseling and teaching roles, I have a sincere desire to share my healthcare expertise and improve the lives of others.
