Over 15 years managing military Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budgets and Government Purchase Card programs in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR) and Air Force Finance and Accounting Regulations. Over 10 years of experience with technical writing for the military. Wrote, maintained, and updated local instructions, standard operating procedures, and operating instructions for various base agencies. Successfully streamlined office processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service to organizations. Excelled in developing unique professional relationships with senior leadership, customers, and high profile visitors, staff, peers, and subordinates. Reviewed and analyzed methods, procedures, and systems to ensure the most effective and efficient processes and equipment were in place.
