I am me. 🤪 It's that simple! Although not that simple for me for most of my adult life. All the knowledge and schooling and I couldn't get out of my own way. 🤦‍ Why? Because I was suffering from Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome. And didn’t know until… October 2015 to April 2016 = Rock Bottom/Suicidal Depression/Dark Night of the Soul May 2016 = The Awakening I am me. Unapologetically courageous and the badass in my own life. I am a disruptor, spirituality grounded, and beyond authentic.
