About Lori Mueller

I am a highly motivated and results driven professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. As a member of the senior management, strategic planning and disaster recovery teams, I was very involved in the operations of banking. I have strong leadership, management and problem-solving skills and extensive background in marketing, managing a network of branch offices, compliance, customer service, sales, operations, training, project management, HR and working with major customer relationships. In 2018, I embarked on a new venture in the financial services industry in the payments space, Payments Sponsorship. As a result of this experience, I have developed an understanding of the operating rules of the card brands and debit networks and forged strong relationships with the networks. Managing a large portfolio of clients, I perform various due diligence, audits and monitoring activities to validate that our sponsored clients,(Independent Service Organizations (ISOs), Processors and Banks), policies and procedures are in alignment with best practices to ensure a safe payments ecosystem. In my previous role, serving as the Director of Marketing, I have used my extensive marketing and PR skills to market to consumers and businesses to inform them of the benefits of our offerings, successfully growing the banks customer base. I have done a great deal of branding work, effectively painting a vivid picture of the company, its values and personality to the public. This image, along with other marketing and grass roots efforts, contributed to the success of the bank and recognition as a leader in providing financial services to the local communities, as well as being honored for its work with supporting local charitable organizations. Another passion of mine is customer service. I truly enjoy digging into the operations and processes of a company, identifying performance gaps that lead to poor service, developing a value proposition and service standard metrics and putting it all together to create a culture of exceptional customer service. My experience in this area also includes teaching staff members how to deliver superior service by exceeding the expectations of customers, making them fans of the company and compelling them to tell others.
