About Lori Mull

Analytical business professional with varied experiences in the educational field, travel industry, and most recently in the e-commerce world. I enjoy providing personalized solutions to customers and serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams to identify needs and challenges. My most recent experiences include office management and customer advocate. With excellent written and oral communication skills, I am capable of explaining/teaching complex issues in easy-to-understand terms. I have experience in the training and development of new hires, and documentation of compliance procedures. My interpersonal and organizational skills have enabled me to successfully manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to diverse and changing environments. Much of my background falls within the field of education. I have worked in various educational settings such as a middle school math teacher, an elementary substitute teacher, a director of a preschool program, and a classroom volunteer. I am passionate about the education of the next generation and know that I will always be involved in this field in some capacity. Nothing satisfies me more than solving problems and contributing to the overall growth of an organization. Whether in my professional or personal life, I find joy in being the "glue" that holds things together and helps life run smoothly.
