The successful implementation resulted in continuity of supply of vital components to our manufacturing sites and continued production and delivery of the critical COVID-19 molecular test to health care facilities worldwide. Divestiture Management: Oversaw due diligence requests and creation of the purchase agreement exhibits; managed outside counsel’s negotiation of manufacturing and information services transitional support agreements for the divestiture of $100M division. Process Implementation: Planned, designed, and executed the strategy, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications for Operations and Procurement teams to adopt a commercial contracting process for all contract needs. Resulted in mitigation of risk of component cost increases and continuity of supply by increasing our executed supply agreement base from 6% to 80%.
