From the early days as a business analyst to Lori's most recent experience as a Senior Technology Executive, her career has been dedicated to achieving excellence in the delivery of stable always available technology systems, delivering application and infrastructure solutions through lean delivery methods that drive business value. Lori's experience has ranged from directing small IT footprints and IT integrations up to very large and complex systems environments and technology transformations which has spanned across may industry verticals. Lori is experienced in various technical leadership and management roles in the areas of IT strategy development, business case development, governance, P&L accountability, risk management & mitigation, IT service delivery management, IT operations, application and infrastructure maintenance, project management and program delivery.
