About Lori Reiser

As an experienced consumer insights consultant, my role is to bridge the gap between business need and research method. I am passionate about finding the sweet spot of a rigorous research method, impactful research results and a highly digestible story. My work is relevant, future reaching and focuses on technology, telecommunications, finance, and insurance. At the heart of the matter, I am a human storyteller. I use the language of data points (whether stated through surveys, revealed in trade-off experiments, or elicited in qualitative form) to arm business decision makers with the POV them need to make their 'gut instinct' right, more often. I marry this with rich qualitative insights to really dig into understanding. I have engaged in research projects in UX, product design, pricing behavior, customer experience and brand equity. I have worked with start-ups, emerging companies, and Fortune 100 clients across Canada and the United States, and have conducted research globally. My experience is in retail, finance, insurance and technology industries. I am also an experienced public speaker, having taken the stage at several national #MRX conferences (including FestNewMR, MRIA, MRMW, and Quirks). I have also taught in the business programs at Centennial, Conestoga and Fanshawe Colleges. I regularly publish, managing our company blog and social media presence.
