About Lori Rigby

I am a Grade V wastewater operator and the Regulatory Compliance Manager for Irvine Ranch Water District. My tasks are to evaluate permit compliance with all permits and regulations, prepare reports, develop and implement regulatory programs and requirements, and direct a team of nine regulatory compliance specialists and administrators. As the Regulatory Compliance Manager my primary focus is to remove road blocks and create innovated solutions for IRWD's compliance program to create an efficient monitoring program, and to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment.I specialize in SQL computer database systems, NPDES permitting, advance wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis and enforcement actions. It is my number one goal to remain in compliance and to maintain water quality that is safe for public health and safety.
