About Lori Robb

Lori is a Regional Director for Trauma in the Central Division of Baylor Scott & White Health. She has been with Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest for more than 27 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mary Hardin-Baylor University in 1994 and began working at Hillcrest as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse. She joined the trauma program in 1996 as a trauma clinical nurse and has been in the leadership role for the Level 2 trauma program since 2005. Mrs. Robb is a very active participant in local, regional, and state trauma and medical preparedness planning. She has served on the Heart of Texas Regional Advisory Council (HOTRAC) Board since 2006 and is the current immediate past Chair. She also chairs the Regional Child Fatality Review Team and the Regional Healthcare Coalition. She is the current HOTRAC nursing representative for Emergency Medical Taskforce -7. Additionally, she has been on the board of the Texas Trauma Coordinators Forum since 2008 and is the current President for the organization. Lori was also appointed to a 3 year term for the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council Trauma Systems Committee in 2013 and was reappointed in 2015 and 2018.
