Background

About Lori Robb

I'm a logistics and operations professional with over a decade of experience in shipping, inventory control, and warehouse coordination within fast-paced manufacturing settings. I’ve stepped up to lead when structure was lacking—taking ownership of critical tasks during leadership gaps and adapting quickly when plans shifted.I designed an end-to-end tracking system from scratch, empowering teams to follow every load with clarity and accountability. Safety, transparency, and doing things right the first time aren't just workplace rules—they reflect how I work and the respect I have for everyone’s time and effort. When issues arise, I communicate openly, collaborate across teams, and stay focused on practical solutions—even when the situation is high-pressure or unclear. I value consistency, initiative, and integrity in myself and in those I work with.I’m open to roles that may start modestly in title or pay, as long as there's a foundation for growth and long-term potential. I’m looking for a workplace where hard work is recognized, character counts, and there's room to build something better.
